The low-cost nature of their technology prompted a closer look into philanthropic and Base of Pyramid applications.

Action Taken | Contributed to writing the prospectus for $80 million initial public offering on the AIM exchange. Developed multi-layered sustainable country strategy involving government, non-profit and commercial entities in Indonesia, with secondary responsibilities for India, China, and Brazil.

Results | Closed key cross-border IP licensing and product development agreements (Del Agua, Fairy Industrial, and Bajaj) to drive technical integration of HaloSource technology into OEM device manufacturer products. Developed customized pipeline management and reporting tool for the team. Successful IPO on London Exchange – $80M Capital raised.
