The business managed risk well and had added complementary services that gave customers full access to all resources needed. Overall, the business the was profitable and the model was proving out, but the company needed growth capital to take its model into new markets.
Action Taken | Created all marketing collateral (e.g. one-page summary, 20-page information memorandum, and management presentation), researched potential targets, implemented CRM pipeline process (including cold calls and professional networking) and created customized tracking reports and management dashboards for their fundraising campaign.
Results | Researched Investors. Contacted and interacted with 300+ initial potential investors. Crafted well thought out responses for the seller’s due diligence.
